- What’s the Reservation System like?
Our Orange County limousine service reservation system is easy. Complete the first two steps and you’ll have an actual price for your reservation. From that point, you can continue to book your reservation, or simply print the quote and come back later to reserve your limousine.

- What’s the price including?
The pricing in the reservation system is itemized:
a) Vehicle Charge
b) Gratuity
c) Grand Total
The pricing displayed on the web site is vehicle charge only and does not include gratuity.
- What’s the gratuity rate?
Our gratuity rate is the industry standard at 20%. You are not required to pay the driver anything extra at the completion of your trip.
- Are airport transfers priced differently than regular reservations?
Yes! Orange County airport limousines (transfers only) do NOT require a minimum number of hours. We calculate airport transfers on mileage & time to destination. Our airport transfer rates for a town car are very comparable to a taxi. Our rates for town cars and airport limos in Orange County are very comparable to a taxi.
- What happens if I’m late for my reservation?
There is a free 15 minute waiting period.
After the first 15 minutes, your reservation hourly charge will begin.
If you are more than 60 minutes late for your pickup, the limousine operator reserves the right to cancel your pickup with NO REFUND. If this occurs, please contact Limos 365 as we might be willing to issue a partial refund or continue waiting for you in certain situations.
- Can I reschedule or change my itinerary details?
Yes. A Change Fee is charged for each change, provided we are able to accommodate such Change. The Change fee charged shall be the greater of $45 or 20% of the originally quoted reservation. All Changes will be subject to availability. Please see Terms and Conditions for complete information.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy. You have the right to cancel your reservation for up to 72 hours before the original scheduled reservation time without charge. However you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00 for any cancellation made more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours before the original scheduled reservation time. You will be charged the entire sum for the original reservation for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
